Our new online Self-Bookings uses the Pomelo Portal to communicate with our EMR. This allows you to book and manage your appointment needs, gain access to appointment history, and update your demographics - all online at your fingertips!

Appointment history. Forgot when your appointment was? No problem, just log into the Pomelo Portal and you can view upcoming appointments as well as past.

Are there any costs?
No, there is no cost to you for this service. Simply provide us an email, or request a brochure that’s all!
Is registering for the Pomelo Portal required?
No. Simply go to https://portal.healthmyself.net/coophealth#/ and you can select an option to book without registering. We do encourage you to create a profile, as this will give you enhanced features, but the choice is yours!
How do I register to get access to the full features?
We will need to send you an invitation to register to access the full services and create your own profile within the Pomelo Portal.
There are a few ways to get an invitation, as mentioned above if you provide us an email, we will be sending out invitations periodically so you may choose to wait and we will invite you with no action required on your part. You may expect to see these going out at the beginning of each month.
If you prefer the quicker route, you can stop by Main Reception or Laboratory and they will provide you with a brochure that will contain a small consent form. Fill this in and deliver it to us and we will send you a personal invitation.
May I book with my family Dr. using this service?
At this time, only Laboratory appointments are available for Self Bookings. We plan to expand this service very soon to our other services and will notify you when it is available.
