COVID-19 Outbreak has Ended
We are very pleased to announce that the COVID-19 outbreak has ended at the Co-operative Health Centre, and Public Health has cleared us to re-open.
The Health and safety of our clients and staff continue to be of the utmost importance to us which is why we will be limiting in-clinic appointments.We will continue to focus on virtual and telephone support whenever possible.
All of our services will be available starting October 19th; however, some of our service delivery will be modified to ensure that we are proceeding with caution. For more information on the availability of our services please call (306) 763-6464 between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.
We want to extend a sincere thank you to all of our staff who have worked tirelessly this week; we are so pleased with the collective effort that saw a quick resolve to this challenging situation. A huge thank you to our clients as well for their patience and understanding.
