Co-operative Health Centre Services – Pandemic Update

The Co-operative Health Centre is continuing to provide service to our clients who have non-COVID-19 related health symptoms and concerns.

APPOINTMENTS

We are pleased to announce that all of our in clinic services are presently available to our clients. We encourage you to call (306)763-6464 should you need to make an appointment with one of our healthcare providers.

Anyone requiring laboratory services must make an appointment.

(Mobile lab services are unavailable at this time)

Virtual care through telephone or video consultation is recommended as the first choice to protect our healthcare staff and patients; however, we also have in-clinic appointments available within our service areas.  Our staff will work with you to determine which option is most appropriate for you.

COVID-19 SYMPTOMS

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please call the Health-line at 811 and they will determine what recommended steps you should take.

PATIENT AND STAFF SAFETY

Our staff are committed to keeping our clients and visitors as safe as possible. We continue to follow all procedures and guidelines as determined by the Chief Medical Health Officer and Saskatchewan Health Authority.

We are encouraging social distancing where ever possible throughout the clinic and our staff are following the recommended guidelines for personal protective equipment (PPE’s). You may see staff wearing masks, eyewear and gowns depending on what type of care  you are receiving in the clinic.

We are screening everyone that visits our clinic.  You can expect to be asked a series of questions at our main entrance before you can proceed throughout the clinic or attend your scheduled appointment

Clients and visitors are required to wear a mask while in the Clinic. Please bring your own mask if you have one.  If you do not have a mask, we will provide one to you.

We ask that you don’t come early to you appointment – please just arrive on time; this will help reduce the number of people in our waiting areas.

HEALTH GROUPS

We have resumed our health education sessions – information about upcoming education sessions can be found on our website.  Spaces are limited and participants will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the session.
