When you donate to the Prince Albert Cooperative Health Centre, you support the delivery of health services to the community of Prince Albert and surrounding areas.
Donations are focused on capital purchases such as a wheelchair accessible van for free transportation services to and from the health centre, equipment, building infrastructure and enhancement of client services.
No matter how you give – whether through pledges, gifts, planned giving, memorial donations, or grants – your help is important to our operations.
All donations are tax deductible and you will receive an official receipt for income tax purposes.
Donations can be made through the Cooperative Health Centre Volunteer Foundation or directly to the
Prince Albert Cooperative Health Centre.
There are three ways that you can donate:
1) Online through

3) Pre-authorized Payment Plan
You can use a pre-authorized payment plan for convenient monthly donations. This can be set-up by dropping in to see us, or by phoning the Manager of Finance at 306-953-6260.
